How do I book a bus ticket?
- Enter your source and destination cities on the home page
- Select your travel date
- Click "Search Buses" to view available buses
- Select your preferred bus and click "View Seats"
- Choose your seats and boarding/dropping points
- Enter passenger details
- Complete payment to confirm your booking
Can I book tickets for multiple passengers?
Yes, you can book up to 6 seats in a single booking. Simply select multiple seats during the seat selection process.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and digital wallets. All transactions are secure and encrypted.
Cancellation & Refunds
How do I cancel my booking?
Go to "My Bookings", find your booking, and click the "Cancel Booking" button. Confirm the cancellation and your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
What are the cancellation charges?
Cancellation charges vary by operator and time of cancellation:
- More than 24 hours before departure: 10% cancellation charge
- 12-24 hours before departure: 25% cancellation charge
- 6-12 hours before departure: 50% cancellation charge
- Less than 6 hours: No refund
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days from the date of cancellation. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during booking.

What documents do I need to carry?
You must carry:
- Your booking confirmation (printed or on mobile)
- Valid government-issued ID proof (Aadhar Card, Passport, Driving License, etc.)
What is the baggage policy?
Each passenger is allowed one piece of baggage up to 20kg. Additional baggage may incur extra charges. Fragile and valuable items should be carried as hand luggage.
How early should I reach the boarding point?
Please arrive at the boarding point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Buses may depart early if all passengers have boarded.
